We’re looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer to help us build strong candidate pipelines across key roles across our go-to-market teams. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can quickly ramp up on new searches.

As a startup, we operate lean, which means we’re looking for someone who is scrappy, creative, and resourceful with sourcing tools. We don’t rely on expensive enterprise platforms, so success in this role requires strong research skills, creative outreach strategies, and the ability to uncover talent through nontraditional channels.

You’ll focus on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates, partnering closely with our internal teams to strengthen top-of-funnel activity.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with our Recruiter and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategy
  • Build high-quality pipelines for both active and upcoming roles
  • Leverage modern sourcing technologies, including AI-powered sourcing and talent intelligence tools, to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages
  • Qualify candidates via initial outreach conversations when needed
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline health and response rates

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of in-house sourcing experience for a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to source for GTM roles (experience with technical roles is a plus)
  • Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted talent discovery platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong pipelines without heavy reliance on expensive sourcing subscriptions
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple searches within limited weekly hours
