In this senior-level individual contributor role, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to translate complex problems into intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will help drive design strategy, elevate quality, and ensure that design thinking is embedded throughout the product development lifecycle—from early discovery through delivery and iteration.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive Scope and Impact:</strong> Lead design for complex features and product areas with moderate ambiguity, where your work spans multiple teams or major workflows. Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, maintaining quality under tight timelines and evolving requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally:</strong> Facilitate strong alignment across design, product, and engineering.
