The Vertical spans 10 different industries and includes business units led by customer success, development, and operational leaders, and is focused on disciplined execution, customer retention, growth, and value creation. The organization requires strong coordination across operations, functional leadership, and finance partners to support scalable performance across the portfolio.</p><p></p><p>The <b>Business</b><span><b><b> </b>Operations Manager</b> </span>is a newly created role designed to provide direct support to the President of the Summit Vertical and improve the operational cadence across 11 business units. This leader will partner closely with BU leaders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze performance data, manage reporting discipline, support strategic planning and execution, and drive follow-through on key initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, operational judgment, analytical rigor, and experience working in a fast-paced software environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support monthly operations reviews across the Summit Vertical to close performance gaps or accelerate growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Gather, organize, and analyze BU-level and consolidated performance data, including trend identification and key driver analysis.</p></li><li><p>Support planning processes, initiative tracking, and execution follow-through for the Vertical and its business units.</p></li><li><p>Partner with and train BU leaders to improve visibility into KPIs, operating rhythm, action item tracking, and accountability.</p></li><li><p>Work with finance, accounting, and FP&A teams to ensure reporting inputs are accurate, consistent, and timely, without owning corporate finance processes.</p></li><li><p>Support ELT materials, executive presentations, QBRs, and strategic analysis as needed.</p></li><li><p>Develop process improvements that reduce manual effort and strengthen operating discipline.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a cross-functional liaison across customer success, sales, software development, operations, and shared services.</p></li><li><p>Assist in managing strategic initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.</p></li><li><p>Provide analytical support for special projects, ad hoc requests, and leadership decisions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills & Competencies:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong business operations and strategic analysis acumen.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong SalesForce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Pardot, (OneCRM) capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Strong project management and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to synthesize complex data into clear executive-level insights.</p></li><li><p>High judgment, initiative, and follow-through.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.</p></li><li><p>Strong prioritization and execution capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS and software environment.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented with a bias toward accuracy, ownership, and accountability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>3–5 years of business analysis experience similar to audit experience, preferably with a public accounting firm.</p></li><li><p>1–3 years of experience in a high-paced, growth-focused, private equity-backed business.</p></li><li><p>Experience in software and/or SaaS environments strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience with data analysis, operational reporting, planning, and execution support.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent project management skills and experience.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, with a focus on technology, or related field required.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Salary range: $80k-$120k</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Fullsteam supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
