About the Role:
This is an individual contributor role within our B2C Sales function. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, building and nurturing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate reporting of sales performance. The role demands ownership, consultative selling skills, and a growth-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering revenue and creating lasting customer value.

Key Responsibilities:
New Customer Acquisition
Convert qualified leads from multiple marketing channels into enrolled learners.
Conduct consultative counselling sessions with parents to recommend suitable programs.
Generate referrals through existing customers to strengthen the sales pipeline. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with parents and learners.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent engagement for long-term retention.
Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams to improve offerings. CRM & Reports:
Manage and update customer interactions, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM systems.
Track and report sales performance against targets regularly.
Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.

Pre-Requisites:
1-4 years of proven sales experience.
Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off provided).
Tech-savvy, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strong consultative selling, communication, and persuasion skills.
Consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Laptop or desktop with a fully functional camera and microphone.
Reliable power backup to maintain uninterrupted work during remote sessions.

Nice-to-Have
Experience in sales in EdTech, e-learning, or consumer services.
Prior experience in B2C sales.
