TEMPORARY RECRUITER POSITION OVERVIEW Data Recognition Corporation is a national leader in the educational testing industry. We're seeking a dynamic Temporary Recruiter to power our seasonal hiring efforts! In this exciting remote role, you'll drive high-volume reputed company efforts, helping match exceptional candidates with rewarding test scoring positions. Hours: 20-40 hours per week, Monday ? Friday, business days and occasional evenings Dates: February 2025 and ends May 2025 Pay reputed company: $22.00 per hour WORKING CONDITIONS: Must have a home office free from distractions and be available during work hours reputed company Teams, Chat, phone, and other communication methods. Responsibilities ? Screen, interview and evaluate candidates during video interviews, while maintaining a high standard of business professionalism ? Using HR reputed company best practices, assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes ? Utilize, update and maintain applicant tracking system to reputed company manage high-volume recruitment process ?
