Role Description

To grow Corporate Salary book by synergies between Corporate salary and various internal stakeholders like Coverage, TASC, Commercial Banking thereby resulting in higher wallet share of salary acquisition, deepening and cross-sell in these relationships by taking initiatives on various enablers and trackers for the team to contribute and grow our NTB Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Top Line Salary Business Targets overall and through commercial banking channel
  • Support mapped channel with Business Intelligence
  • Increase Premium book in mapped channel
  • Ensure deepening through cross-sell in mapped corporates
  • New innovations on customer management
  • Support Business teams with new initiatives
  • CRM use to inbuild corporate profiling framework
  • Manage eCRM lead workflow on opportunities created by coverage teams
  • Cross-Sell, Product penetration & Improving SLC
  • Coordinate with Third-Party business teams for curated offers
  • Increase Product holding per customer
  • Track SLC for each of the corporate
  • Liaison with cross-functional teams i.e. Product, Portfolio, BIU & ABR, IT & CRM
  • Ensure Synergy cadence & initiatives are adhered across mapped channel
  • Adherence to compliance as defined from time to time

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate (Preferably MBA)

Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge
  • Knowledge on various financial services products and competitors
  • Project management skills; experience working on Agile framework will be handy
  • Good analytics and communication skills

Functional Knowledge

  • Product Management
  • Conceptualize products aligning to the organization's vision and market needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team in designing, devising marketing & engagement initiatives and prioritizing products to meet organizational goals
