About the Role

DigiYaar is seeking a passionate and energetic Outreach Specialist to promote our Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services. This is a performance-driven role where your growth depends on your results.

Compensation Structure

Initially, this role is commission-based.

Once you achieve 5 confirmed sales in a month, you will be promoted to a fixed monthly salary + attractive incentives.

Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Pitch DigiYaar’s services and convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Work with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Basic understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing (training will be provided).

Prior sales/outreach experience is preferred, but freshers with passion are welcome.
