Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, providing timely and effective resolutions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers efficiently.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner.

  • Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rate.
