We anticipate a partial return to the Horsham office when the Covid-19 Pandemic subsides*</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone<br /> Ability to handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently<br /> Provide exceptional customer service</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote Covid-19 work)<br /> Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience<br /> Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software<br /> Ability to keep sensitive information confidential<br /> Multi-language capability is not required</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent<br /> Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position<br /> Ability to work remotely in emergency situations<br /> This position is an on-site position, however due to Covid-19 we are working remotely until it is safe to return on-site.<br /> LSA Provides a great benefits package to full-time employees.
