We are looking for a management trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.

During your traineeship, youll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. Youll get to know the nuts and bolts of our companys functions and operations and youll support our senior management team with daily tasks. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important.

Responsibilities
• Understand each departments (e.g. Marketing, HR, etc) daily processes, tasks and goals
• Learn basic tasks and provide support to each department on an as-needed basis
• Create content (such as presentations, videos, posters, etc) and deliver it on time.
• Create and maintain analytics for each department
• Screen new hires for each department
• Help senior managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)

Requirements and skills
• 0-1 years experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Recruiting, Sales, Customer Service, HR, Social Media, Design, Marketing, etc.)
• Proficient in creation of posters, videos, presentations, etc.
• Good verbal and written presentation skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Any bachelors or masters degree
• (Preferred) Certificate courses in Management or Business

At the end of one year, based on your performance and your inclinations, you may be inducted as a manager in one of the departments.
