Through real-time coaching and AI-driven personalized guidance, the platform supports parents across every stage of their parenting journey.

This is a contract role: Contract role for 60-90 days (probation) to assessment for full time hire based on performance.

Role Description This is a remote contract role for an Organic Growth Expert focused on Reddit and Facebook.

The Organic Growth

Expert will design and execute growth strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and sign-ups across relevant parenting and childcare communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying target subreddits and Facebook groups, posting and moderating content, engaging authentically in discussions, and testing various organic growth tactics. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, iterating on campaigns, collaborating with the team on messaging and offers, and sharing insights to improve community and product strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience directly with these platforms
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret community data, and optimize growth experiments.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage authentically in online communities and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Growth Hacking skills to design and test organic acquisition tactics tailored to Reddit and Facebook audiences.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to identify opportunities, nurture interest, and convert community engagement into qualified leads or customers.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple growth initiatives across platforms.
  • Experience building or moderating online communities on Reddit and Facebook, especially in parenting or childcare niches, is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and early-stage startups is preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
  • Comfort with using analytics, social media tools, and basic documentation platforms to report results and share learnings.
