Role Summary:
This role is a drive Global Teasury operations at TransFi. This individual will become the leader of our treasury opreations across all currencies and stablecoins and manage a team of treasury professionals.

The ideal candidate is an independent, high-achieving individual having detailed knowledge of accounting, treasury operations and stablecoins in fintech / payments institutions.

You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of the broader cross border payments ecosystem and the major stablecoins. You are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and digital assets financial systems.

We seek an innovative individual responsible for developing and executing various growth hacking strategies, setting priorities and acquiring & retaining customers. You can pivot on the fly.

*Required Experience *
The applicants should have

  • Over 3 years’ experience as treasury manager or treasury manager
  • Proven knowledge of managing financial practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • In depth knowledge of digital payment processing.
  • Fully certified Chartered Account
  • Understanding stablecoins and the digital assets ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to manage relationships internally (with key stakeholders) and externally (bankers, auditors)
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company
  • Financial services / payments industry background preferred
  • Must be an “Owner and Entrepreneur” in the highest degree in the deployment of Company resources
