Requirements

Essential Functions
  • The Operator is responsible for the daily operation of the MYDATA pick and place machine to include programming, machine setup and breakdown, and replenish parts to the machine during production.
  • Identify and understand operator/machine-reporting messages. The SMT Machine Operator will operate the automatic screen printer and reflow oven.

Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
  • 1+ year in SMT production with verifiable history and/or have superior computer skills.
  • MYDATA beginning and intermediate courses from an accredited source is preferred.

Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements
  • This job operates in a manufacturing assembly environment.
  • Requires frequent use of pick and place and screen printer machines.
  • Requires physical loading and unloading of PCB's and stencils weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Requires standing up to 75% of the workday.
