Apply via Dice today!<br><br><strong>Guidewire Technical Lead<br><br>Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)<br><br>Duration: Longterm <br><br></strong>Job Description:<br><br>We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead with deep PolicyCenter expertise and hands-on experience in Guidewire Digital Platforms (Jutro / Digital Portal). You will lead solution design, development, and integration efforts, ensuring seamless digital experiences for customers, agents, and underwriters.<br><br>Required Skills & Experience:<br><br>5 8+ years of experience with Guidewire suite, including 3+ years in PolicyCenter.<br><br>Strong proficiency in GOSU scripting, configuration, and integration development.<br><br>Hands-on experience with Guidewire Digital Portal or Jutro for building customer/agent portals.<br><br>Deep understanding of API design, REST/SOAP web services, and event-based integrations.<br><br>Familiarity with React, JavaScript, or Jutro framework for customizing front-end experiences.<br><br>Good knowledge of Guidewire Data Model, Rating Engine, and Policy lifecycle transactions.<br><br>Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven) and Agile delivery methodologies.<br><br>Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.<br><br>Good to Have:<br><br>Guidewire Certified Specialist/ACE in PolicyCenter or Digital.<br><br>Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform or upgrades.<br><br>Knowledge of other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).<br><br>Exposure to UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter modules and Digital applications.<br><br>Architect, design, and develop customer-facing portals using Guidewire Jutro or Digital Portal framework.<br><br>Collaborate with business, UX, and architecture teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences.<br><br>Drive API-first integrations between PolicyCenter, Digital Portal, and external systems.<br><br>Provide technical leadership to developers, conduct design/code reviews, and enforce best practices for both core and digital components.<br><br>Ensure performance optimization and scalability of PolicyCenter + Digital solutions.<br><br>Lead troubleshooting for production issues across PolicyCenter and digital front-ends.<br><br>Mentor and coach junior developers on GOSU, API design, and digital best practices.
