The company: A well-established global organisation who design, manufacture and distribute a vast array of consumer products bought on line and instore

Main duties: Drive ecommerce performance by optimising digital assortments, content and conversion across Amazon and other online platforms.

The role:

  • Liaise with internal departments contributing to the implementation of the conversion rate strategy
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve user journeys through data insights and customer behaviour analysis
  • Help with the track and test in relation to content and layout analysing the most effective approach
  • Regularly update product details with the intent for visitors to buy items
  • Ensure consistent, on-brand product content across all eCommerce platforms, collaborating with local teams to adapt imagery, descriptions and categorisation for regional markets.
  • Ensure new products, seasonal updates, and campaigns go live on time and correctly.
  • Support visual strategies, create engaging product stories and make sure content is search-friendly.
  • Track performance metrics, identify opportunities to improve merchandising, and help turn insights into action.
  • Predict product demand and work with sales, supply chain, and planning teams to align with promotions and seasonal trends.

The candidate:

  • Experience working as a Digital Merchandiser on Amazon essential
  • Knowledge of working with Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller central
  • Excellent communication skills with additional languages a bonus
  • Organised and detail oriented with the ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Familiar with Helium 10 and Pacvue beneficial
