THE OPPORTUNITY:

Deliver accurate, organized, and dependable support to both internal and external customers in a Data Entry role. This position is essential in supporting Data Entry and Customer Service teams by ensuring orders, data, and program information are entered correctly and maintained with a high level of accuracy. Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, internal departments, and the Data Entry Manager and Lead to ensure account activity is processed efficiently and runs smoothly.

In this role, you will provide daily data entry and account support, research order activity, troubleshoot issues, and maintain up-to-date product, pricing, and program information. Your attention to detail, strong organization, and clear written communication will help ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of all assigned tasks.

You truly are the behind-the-scenes connector-serving as a key point of contact for order issues, approvals, and data accuracy. A detail-driven mindset, strong organization, and a commitment to supporting complex account workflows will set you up for success in this fast-paced, process-focused role.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm CST

A TYPICAL DAY / JOB SUMMARY:

    • Accurately enter orders, research account activity, and resolve issues using internal computer systems.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of designs, pricing, and body style information for all branches.
    • Keep current records of product updates and promotions, and communicate relevant changes to office staff.
    • Serve as point of contact for issues on orders from sales representatives and internal teams.
    • Provide backup support to other departmental areas as needed.
    • Troubleshoot order issues and regularly communicate concerns, solutions, and actions taken under the guidance of the Data Entry Manager and Lead.
    • Manage art comp approval emails and route approvals to the appropriate artist or rep coordinator.
    • Support order submissions, licensing approvals, and compliance with licensing requirements.
    • Maintain strong written communication skills and organization, which are essential for this role.
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.

  • Troubleshoot orders, communicate issues to other departments, provide back up for customer calls
  • Managing art comp approval emails and routing to correct artist, RC, rep and customers for approval
  • Strong organizational skills in managing licensing requirements and approval processes
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent computer skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, and internet experience required
  • Type 45+ words per minute
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must be reliable, responsible, flexible and take direction well
  • Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
