Role Summary

Provides customer support across email, chat, phone and social channels with professionalism and accuracy.

Essential Skills & Experience

Hourly Rate (NYC Transparency)

$22–$28 per hour
Overtime paid according to NY law.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
