<p> The Role<br /> As the Coordinator, Awards & Talent Relations, you will support the LATAM & APAC Awards team and work closely with the Sr. Manager to enhance the functionality, efficiency and productivity of the team overall. As a team, we work across 3 regions (UCAN, APAC & LATAM) interacting with cross functional teams in each territory. Given the projects at hand are varied, extensive and timely, we are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on the organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment while dealing with a high volume of tasks.<br /> What you will do:<br /> • Manage project timelines, update key documents & industry research across UCAN, LATAM & APAC.<br /> • Support global press relationships year-round by assisting with screener access, press materials and at times, interview requests.<br /> • Creating and updating press screening invitations & screener newsletter templates.<br /> • Organize virtual & in-person awards screenings and press activities, to include RSVP management and screening reports as needed.<br /> • Work with external vendors on 'For Your Consideration' (FYC) websites & materials.<br /> • Collaborate with internal partners across various departments to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.<br /> • Creating, processing both POs & invoices.<br /> • Vendor supplier onboarding when necessary.<br /> • Booking Digital Camera Package (DCP) and screening assets for awards screenings.<br /> What we need from you:<br /> • 3+ years of publicity-related professional experience in a studio, network, agency, brand, or similar organization.<br /> • Passion about the evolving entertainment landscape with a strong working knowledge of the local or international awards space for series and features.<br /> • A clear and concise communication style, and the ability to effectively convey complex ideas both in writing and verbally.<br /> • Demonstrated operational capabilities, having previously tracked and interpreted data.<br /> • Meticulous organizational skills, good judgment in the face of ambiguity, a superpower for multitasking and a keen attention to detail.<br /> • A proactive and positive approach that embodies our company values every day.<br /> • Demonstrated ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.<br /> • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Mail.<br /> • Conversational fluency in a non-English language is a plus.<br /> Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
