About the Role

As an Associate, you will be a part of the broader Experiential Space and Technology portfolio, supporting a Creative Team that serves the Deloitte Greenhouse, Deloitte University (DU), flagship experiences, and specialty experiences.

The Graphic Designer

Associate will support the design lifecycle across the portfolio, focusing on visual design execution, brand alignment, and creative development. From initial concept support and asset creation to iteration and delivery, this role will help ensure design outputs are produced effectively and consistently.

Apply Deloitte and Deloitte Greenhouse Brand Identity guidelines to create high-quality visuals and apply them in creative, varied, and engaging ways across deliverables

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other initiatives
  • Assist in creating storyboards, graphic concepts, layouts, and visual themes
  • Develop designs for presentations, brochures, infographics, and other materials
  • Support creation of wireframes, screen flows, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to solve design challenges
  • Support Greenhouse Lab experiences by assisting in design and setup of materials
  • Maintain organized records of design projects, including drafts, revisions, and final versions, and provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement in design skills and knowledge, contributing to the overall growth and success of the design team.
  • Stay aware of industry trends and innovations, applying new techniques and ideas to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of design projects.
Required skills
  • Extensive working experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Firefly), MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint) and Print.
  • Working experience and knowledge of user experience prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal and interdepartmental.
  • Keep a high-quality bar and self-prioritization of your work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Preferred skills
  • Proficient video editing or animation skills
  • Solid foundational skills in Blender
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience having worked with US or Global clients/stakeholders.
  • Good team player and has demonstrated flexibility in varied crisis situations
  • Exposure to branding and marketing design
  • Experience using a graphic tablet
