We are looking for a highly organized and proactive YouTube Content Manager to oversee our YouTube content production and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes YouTube and understands how content moves from idea to publication. You will coordinate multiple moving pieces to ensure everything is delivered on time and at a high standard, acting as the bridge between content creators, hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and the audience.

This role is primarily focused on YouTube content operations, ensuring that content is planned, produced, optimized, and published effectively with YouTube as the core platform.

Key Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Manage and coordinate the YouTube content pipeline from planning to publication

- Oversee YouTube content production and ensure videos are delivered on schedule

- Coordinate with hosts, scriptwriters, editors, and other team members throughout the production process

- Review videos before publication and provide feedback to editors

- Manage content calendars and YouTube publishing schedules

- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments when needed

- Track YouTube performance metrics and identify opportunities for channel growth

- Work closely with the team to optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and overall YouTube content strategy

- Assist with basic copywriting for YouTube descriptions, community posts, and promotional content

- Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms
