About the Role
We are seeking an AI Automation & Microsoft Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and support AI-driven
automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role focuses on hands-on
implementation of AI agents, large language models (LLMs), automation, analytics, and data
protection controls to improve business operations and decision-making. This is a delivery-focused
role. The ideal candidate has experience deploying real, production ready solutions using Microsoft
AI, Power Platform, and Azure technologies, with governance and security built in from the start.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft WorkIQ, Agent 365,
and related Microsoft AI tools
  • Implement and optimize automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs), including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, into business
and operational processes
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI
  • Leverage Microsoft Azure services to support AI workloads, automation pipelines, and secure
integrations
  • Design and implement data protection and governance controls, including Microsoft Purview DLP,
across AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 workflows
  • Support and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Agent 365 deployments
  • Use GitHub for source control, collaboration, and deployment workflows
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and deployed solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure AI and
automation solutions

Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, or AI-driven automation solutions
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate
  • Experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures
  • Experience using GitHub in a professional development environment Confidential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft WorkIQ, Agent 365, or comparable Microsoft AI productivity and
automation tools
  • Ability to design, implement, and support end-to-end solutions

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and prompt engineering
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, and data governance
  • Background in business process automation or systems integration
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
