For our client, we are seeking a Director Sales-heb to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will support revenue growth through customer engagement, relationship management, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer-facing teams, and operational partners to identify opportunities and improve business outcomes.

The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market performance and customer relationships within a Food & Beverages environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $190,300 – $237,900 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and strategy development for the company categories valued at $550MM
  • Coach and mentor a team of 4 direct reports to achieve company objectives
  • Drive distribution, innovation, and pricing initiatives across the Omni-channel
  • Manage critical relationships with cross-functional partners for optimal execution
  • Utilize significant digital and eCommerce knowledge to inform strategies
  • Develop strategic plans in alignment with customer needs and market trends
  • Oversee monthly business reviews and sales forecasts to ensure targets are met
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant sales or commercial experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of team development
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and execution skills balanced effectively
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams within large organizations
