<div>This role will support Sales Practice investigations as well as the documentation of Sales Practice processes/controls. This role is critical to the Sales Practice work Brands supports. The role will also support Branded Cards and Lending Issues Management.<br/><br/>The Business Risk and Control Officer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities: </b><br/><ul><li>Support Oversight and Investigation of Branded Cards and Lending Sales Practices process with understanding of the Sales Practices Categorization</li><li>Prepare overall monthly summary of Sales Practices cases and obtain Branded Cards and Lending CEO approval</li><li>Manage related Business Review Forum with Legal, Compliance, and Business Partners</li><li>Routinely update applicable charter and procedural documents</li><li>Understand, review, suggest applicable updates to governance scenarios and approve timely</li><li>Responsible for the related controls and documentation of the Sales Practices Process</li><li>Assist in performing a detailed analysis on the identification of issue root cause, partnering with control and process owners to recommendations holistic corrective actions and improvements, provide check and challenge to ensure appropriate escalation in according with Issue Management and Escalation Policies.</li><li>Support the Issues Management Process as Sales Practices volume fluctuates.</li><li>Support in dealing with Operational and Compliance Risk in accordance with established Policy requirements.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/><ul><li>6-10 years of experience.</li><li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Effective organizational influencing skills required.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to comprehend the big pictures with high attention to critical details</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Project Management Experience.</li></ul><br/><br/><b>Education:</b><br/><br/>Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred<br/><br/><b>Job Family Group: </b><br/>Risk Management<br/><br/><b>Job Family:</b><br/>Business Risk & Control<br/><br/><b>Time Type:</b><br/>Full time<br/><br/><b>Primary Location:</b><br/>Wilmington Delaware United States<br/><br/><b>Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:</b><br/>$114,720.00 - $172,080.00<br/><br/>In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
