As a Senior Meta Media Buyer, you will own paid media strategy and execution with a primary focus on Meta, while managing performance across other platforms and leading client discussions.


Responsibilities

  • Own and lead campaign strategy, structure, and optimization across Meta as your primary platform, with active management across Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Develop advanced scaling strategies, audience expansion frameworks, and budget reallocation decisions grounded in performance data
  • Build and manage creative testing frameworks in partnership with the Creative team, providing platform-specific direction based on results
  • Lead client-facing performance discussions, presenting insights, testing outcomes, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently
  • Produce deeper channel-level analysis that goes beyond reporting, connecting data to business outcomes and informing next steps
  • Troubleshot complex tracking issues, attribution discrepancies, and cross-platform performance problems, including GTM and pixel-level diagnosis
  • Mentor junior media buyers through training, feedback, and day-to-day coaching
  • Maintain and improve campaign documentation, QA standards, and onboarding resources for the media buying team
  • Partner with the Funnel team to align paid media strategy with landing page performance and offer testing
  • Contribute to standardizing planning frameworks, reporting standards, and team processes

Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a proven track record in an in-house or agency environment
  • Deep, proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including complex campaign structures, audience strategy, and algorithm-informed optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to scale paid media budgets while maintaining or improving performance efficiency
  • Strong command of performance metrics and funnel analysis: CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, and LTV
  • Ability to build structured media plans with targeting strategy, campaign architecture, and budget allocation
  • Experience developing and running creative testing frameworks with clear hypotheses and performance-based iteration
  • Comfort troubleshooting tracking issues at the pixel, UTM, and attribution level
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent reporting platforms
  • Strong communicator with experience leading client calls and presenting performance insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members effectively
  • Active, working proficiency with AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or business preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing campaigns across two or more platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, or CTV preferred)
  • GTM experience is a strong plus
