Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines

  • Review and moderate user-generated content, including messages, comments, and posts

  • Respond to user inquiries through text-based chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, abusive, or policy-violating content

  • Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and reported issues

  • Follow established moderation protocols and confidentiality standards

  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to improve platform safety and user experience
