As a Program Manager overseeing record label and strategic partnership licensing operations, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to Amazon's digital music licensing accuracy and efficiencies. This challenging position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and interpersonal finesse. You will be the cornerstone connecting various teams, vendors and labels, ensuring seamless rights management and reporting, efficient licensing process implementation, and strong label relationships.

Your ability to navigate ambiguity, drive data-informed decisions, and influence diverse stakeholders will be crucial in optimizing our operational performance. Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage cross-functional programs across rights management, licensing team support and provider service programs, driving execution from inception to completion.
- Define program strategy, set objectives, and establish clear measurable success criteria. Drive timely decisions and delivery to meet deadlines and program goals.
- Serve as the key point of contact between the Record Label Licensing team and partner teams (e.g., Catalog, Royalties, Legal)

Build and manage productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Be the expert on Amazon organizational and AI tools to identify opportunities and drive improvements in licensing efficiency and operational performance.
- Collaborate with tech teams or stakeholder project managers to influence roadmaps, make recommendations on system/feature improvements, and drive prioritization of technical requirements.
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders on operational expectations, resource allocation, best practices, and compliance issues to meet business objectives.
- Manage and apply operational tactics to remove roadblocks, handle exceptions, and improve efficiencies across the record label licensing team's outputs.
- Drive and manage the implementation of new initiatives related to territory expansion, new label on/off-boardings, strategic partnership processes, new terms reporting and handovers, label relations collaborations, product launches, and business models.
