What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a client’s go-to for product-related inquiries—via phone and email.
  • Guide users through the order process and troubleshoot issues.
  • Juggle multiple systems and tasks with professionalism and poise.
  • Ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in our services.
  • Help support key product lines including training, screening, and assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years in customer support, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • At least 1 year in a work-from-home role; hybrid role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Tech-proficient: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Someone who thrives on helping others and finds joy in problem-solving.
