WHO ARE WE?

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a sharp, adaptable copywriter to help us refine social-first content across multiple client accounts.

Majority of the time, our team builds strong first drafts.... you would then come in and make them better.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

Mostly social + promotional content:

- Instagram captions

- Reel hooks (visual - text overlays)

- Script tightening (sharpening, improving rhythm + clarity)

- Copy inside Canva graphics + templates for static posts and images

- Ad copy

- Campaign rollouts

- Promotional materials (flyers, announcements, launches)

More often than not, you’re not starting from scratch.

You’re making good drafts GREAT.

THE BRANDS WE WORK WITH:

- Home service companies (painting, roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

- Nonprofits (mission-driven, donation-focused messaging)

- Consumer products

- Health & beauty

- Speakers and thought leaders

You must be adaptable and able to shift tone quickly and confidently.

- Has real copy experience (agency preferred)

- Understands conversion + social performance

- Knows how hooks and hierarchy actually work

- Can write sales-driven copy AND heart-driven messaging for the variety of clients we work with

- Cares about grammar and details and communication above all

- Works quickly without drama - is proactive

- Has a growth mindset and can be adaptable to an agency that is fast moving
