About the position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to perform evening cleaning services after business hours. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady, part-time evening work with a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Spot-clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces
  • Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
  • Communicate issues/concerns immediately to the manager
  • Ensure the facility is secure upon completion of the shift

Requirements

  • Must be available Monday–Friday for evening shifts (3–4 hours per shift)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to start at 5:30 PM daily
  • Sites with multiple team members MUST start and end together
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Open to feedback and special requests from sites on occasion
  • Physically able to perform cleaning duties ( standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs )
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Must pass a background check

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
