Job Summary

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in executive compensation programs, SEC reporting, IRS compliance, equity plan management, and employee stock purchase plan management. This role requires strong collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, Finance, Legal, and Talent leadership to ensure compliance, competitive positioning, and alignment with Claritev's business strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)

  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation, equity administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs, stock plan administration, employee stock purchase plans, and SEC compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley @ Work or similar equity management platforms.
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with deep expertise in financial modeling, equity valuation, and executive pay benchmarking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and board members.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Talent, Finance, Legal, and external compensation consultants.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or progress toward certification is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $120K - 125K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
