Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team member to welcome, assist, and exceed guest service expectations. This role focuses on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting both physical and digital services to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold exceptional guest service by following established service benchmarks
  • Offer a genuine and friendly greeting to all arriving guests
  • Immediately evaluate guest needs and customize your approach accordingly
  • Support visitors by imparting knowledge about merchandise and providing assistance in resolving issues
  • Assure the precise and swift completion of scanning, bagging, and payment processing
  • Maintain a clean and well-ordered work environment
  • Keep guests in the loop about discounts, recent additions, and store functions
  • Inspire patrons to enroll in loyalty schemes and to potentially acquire store credit cards
  • Guide customers in accessing and utilizing digital utilities such as the store app and online features
  • Perform returns in adherence to store policies to meet customer needs effectively
  • Expedite the process of fulfilling orders, facilitating drive-up pickups, and managing gift registry transactions
  • Handle guest concerns effectively and peacefully, ensuring adherence to store policies
  • Verify that products under regulation comply with the appropriate federal, state, and local legal provisions
  • Aid in various aspects of store operations as needed to meet the demands of the business

  • Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
