- Analyze current business, historical results, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and creative solutions.
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for Size Optimization.
- Ensure new or remodeled stores are opened and maintained with sufficient inventory levels.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly through quarterly business reviews.
- Manage clearance through consolidations and transfers.
- Optimize Bin Inventory levels across Channels and transfer inventory where necessary.
- Develop and implement technology advancements and process improvements.
- Build effective cross-functional relationships and influence business decisions.
- Manage backorders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience in allocation or inventory management
- Experience with JDA Allocation is a plus
- Travel may be required based on business needs
- In-office presence is required for team interaction, meetings, and collaboration
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
- Able to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Able to maintain regular and timely attendance
- Able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
- Able to operate a computer and other office equipment for up to 8 hours per day
- Able to communicate clearly and accurately verbally, in writing, or through virtual communication methods
- Able to reach at or below shoulder level
- Able to carry equipment and move boxes/samples
