Title: AEP Architect Location: Louisville United States Job Description: About the role As an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect, you will make an impact by designing and governing enterprise-scale customer experience solutions across Adobe Experience Platform. You will be a key member of the architecture and delivery team, partnering with business, data, and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and privacy-first customer engagement solutions. In this role, you will: Design end-to-end experience architectures using Adobe Experience Platform, including Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Real-Time CDP Define scalable integration patterns between AEP and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data and journey orchestration Translate business and customer engagement objectives into actionable architecture designs and technical solutions Establish governance standards for data models, identity resolution, and data quality within AEP Drive optimisation of customer journeys through measurement frameworks and real-time personalisation strategies Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered 12+ years of experience in digital architecture, with a strong focus on customer experience and marketing technology platforms Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, including Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, and Real-Time CDP Strong background in data architecture, event modelling, identity resolution, and large-scale data ecosystems Experience designing enterprise-level integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures Solid understanding of privacy, data governance, and compliance frameworks within regulated industries These will help you stand out Experience working in the provider or healthcare domain Familiarity with cross-channel orchestration and advanced personalisation strategies Experience collaborating in hybrid delivery environments with distributed teams Exposure to adjacent martech/adtech platforms (e.g., tag management, CRM, email platforms) Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex architecture decisions clearly Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
