About the Role :

Unstop is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and drive the design function across our products. This is a leadership role for someone who can set the design vision, manage and grow the design team, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver world-class user experiences at scale.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and raise the overall design bar.
  • Own the product design vision and ensure consistency across all products.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads on strategy and execution.
  • Review designs, give feedback, and ensure high-quality output from the team.
  • Drive user research, UX strategy, and design decisions across the product.
  • Oversee end-to-end design delivery: user flows, UI, prototypes, and final experiences.
  • Build and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices.
  • Represent design in product discussions and roadmap planning.

    What Were Looking For :

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design with at least some team leadership experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tools.
  • Proven experience managing or leading designers and design projects.
  • Strong product thinking, UX sense, and visual design judgment.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Excellent communication, ownership, and decision-making skills.


    Bonus Points :
  •  Experience in SaaS or product startups.
  •  Experience building or scaling design teams and design systems.
