The role is responsible for the operational execution of their Shopify Plus storefront, ensuring accuracy in product listings, promotions, and content updates, while also managing marketing events and enhancing user experience on the site.


Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution across the Shopify Plus storefront, ensuring products, pricing, promotions, and on-site content are accurate and up to date
  • Own all landing page and product page creation and ongoing maintenance across Shopify
  • Execute all merchandising updates tied to launches, sales, and promotional campaigns, including banners, collections, PDPs, and campaign pages
  • Serve as final execution owner for all marketing events, including QA checklists, approvals, and on-time launches
  • Provide availability during evenings or weekends as needed to support launches and resolve on-site issues
  • Own all on-site content updates, including homepage modules, campaign pages, and organic YouTube landing pages
  • Create and manage discount codes, pricing changes, and promotional logic within Shopify
  • Own front-end content hygiene, including page titles, meta descriptions, and keyword placement, with SEO execution expanding over time
  • Fully own all in checkout and post-purchase upsell and downsell experiences within Shopify and integrated apps, including setup, QA, testing, and ongoing optimization
  • Serve as the first line of defense for site-related CX tickets, triaging issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating fixes
  • Partner with developers and UX/UI contractors when updates exceed Shopify admin capabilities
  • Maintain full catalog consistency across products, variants, pricing, promotions, and post-purchase flows
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Ecommerce Web Manager, lifecycle, growth, marketing, and CX teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Monitor site performance and user behavior using tools such as GA4 and heatmaps to identify issues and opportunities
  • Ensure every promotion, product update, and post-purchase flow launches on time and without errors

Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce brand
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven hands-on experience working within Shopify Plus
  • Deep understanding of Shopify admin, themes, metafields, metaobjects, apps, PDPs, pricing, promotions, and content updates
  • Experience in owning and executing marketing events and promotional launches with full QA accountability
  • Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail and QA discipline
  • Comfortable working with analytics and experience tools such as GA4, heatmaps, or similar platforms
  • Ability to triage site issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes across teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable supporting launches during evenings or weekends as needed
  • Must be able to work full Eastern Standard Time hours
  • Experience managing post-purchase upsell and downsell tools within Shopify or integrated platforms - Aftersell and UpsellPlus a plus
  • Experience with front-end SEO execution and keyword placement is a plus
  • Low-code front-end experience is a plus
