**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Evening/Weekend Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and implementing solutions
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of careerzynith's products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Handling a high volume of interactions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

**Schedule**

As a Part-Time Evening/Weekend Customer Service Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Monday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a work-from-home environment
  • 1 year of experience in over-the-phone customer service
  • Residency near Hutto, Texas (within a 1-hour commute)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work unsupervised
  • Service Titan experience is preferred but not required
