As a Live Chat Support Agent at JetBlue, your role is crucial in offering efficient, friendly, and helpful responses to customers via live chat. Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time support via live chat for customers requiring assistance with bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
Help customers with baggage queries, travel restrictions, and flight status updates
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root causes and offering effective solutions
Handle a high volume of simultaneous chat inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Educate passengers on available services, policies, and promotions
