Your impact will be measured both in product performance and in the evolution of our technical practices.</p><p><br></p><h4>πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ’» About the Tech Team</h4><p>The current tech team is made up of 14 people, all Golang developers, 10 Fullstack(Go + TS), 1 Frontend Developer, and 4 Data Engineers (Big Data, TensorFlow), who are jointly responsible for the quality of the code and the platform.</p><p>Each development and technical choice must validate the following 2 criteria:</p><ul><li>KISS : simple, elegant solutions, with a limited number of proven technologies, to avoid technological and human silos, ensure maintainability over time and onboarding of new members.</li><li>LEAN : solutions that are quick to develop, inexpensive to operate, scalable just enough to meet future deadlines and deliver maximum value</li></ul><h4><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></h4><p>Under the <a href="https://basecamp.com/shapeup">Shape Up</a> framework, you will undertake the following responsibilities.
