Concierge Property Management

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  1. Provide the customer with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness.
  2. Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
  3. Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization.
  4. Assure prompt and positive action on all resident complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up; respond to inquiries regarding services and building issues.
  5. Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, moving out from behind the front desk to open doors and assist.
  6. Listen and work with residents who present service opportunities that other staff employees cannot resolve. Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate to the Property Manager when matters are outside scope or ability.
  7. Serve as information liaison to Property Manager. Follow up with client to assure successful completion.
  8. Maintain consistent presence at workstation.
  9. When so directed, participate in resident organization and functions. Record reservations for guest and conference/party rooms. Forward event planning opportunities to Resource Concierge.
  10. Use professional telephone etiquette in handling resident requests. Use work order system when necessary.
  11. Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events (concerts, theater, sporting events, special events, and specifically about The Property.
  12. Assist and coordinate with new move-ins as necessary.
  13. Provide administrative assistance with resident files, ledger cards, which may include information regarding current employment, work telephone, number of vehicles parked on property, license numbers, assigned parking number/permit, and emergency information. Confidentiality Emphasized.
  14. Assist with package deliveries. Log receipts of packages delivered for residents and notify residents for pickup.
  15. Provide access control services and remain vigilant of non-residents and their purpose for being on property.
  16. The Concierge will be responsible for answering phone calls, setting appointments for tours, providing basic information the property, assisting with follow up phone calls, and ensuring prospective residents have the opportunity to tour the community. The Concierge will ensure that all prospective and current residents are welcomed with a warm greeting and excited to call The Presley Apartments their home.
