The position fosters a high-performing team environment through coaching and development, upholds ethical standards, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. <br/><b>About the team:</b> <br/> <br/>The Incubation & Onboarding team is essential in connecting new sellers to Walmart's marketplace and accelerating their sales growth. This team manages multiple onboarding projects, guiding sellers through account activation, item setup, and adoption of best practices aligned with business goals. Collaborating closely with sellers and internal partners, they ensure a seamless onboarding experience while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
