<p>We’re a small three‑person team that has been building tools for Shopify merchants for over two years. As we’ve continued to grow, we’ve reached the point where we need a dedicated customer support role.</p> <p>Even without a full‑time support position, we’ve always taken customer care seriously, which is reflected in our excellent app rating. Now, we’re ready to take our support to the next level.</p> <p>You’ll be our first customer support hire and a key part of the team. You’ll help us create the systems and processes that future support teams will rely on.</p> <p>You’ll also have the chance to explore other areas of the company. We always welcome initiative.</p> <p>Some of the main responsibilities:<br /> • Communicate with customers via live chat or email and resolve their issues<br /> • Continuously learn about our app’s features and the Shopify ecosystem to better assist users<br /> • Gather and summarize product feedback and propose improvements<br /> • Manually test new app features<br /> • Take on additional tasks such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups—depending on your skills and interests </p> <p>Must‑haves:<br /> • Basic knowledge of JS, HTML, and CSS, and a willingness to learn more when needed<br /> • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br /> • Enjoy interacting with people and solving their problems<br /> • Ability to handle challenging customers (though this is rare)<br /> • Confidence working with advanced technical concepts<br /> • Ability and willingness to write technical documentation or articles<br /> • Openness to tasks outside of support, since we’re a small startup where everyone wears multiple hats<br /> • Availability to work with at least four hours of overlap with GMT+7 between 9:00 and 18:00 </p> <p>Nice‑to‑haves:<br /> • Experience with Shopify, especially theme development or customization<br /> • Experience in the B2B SaaS space<br /> • Knowledge of additional languages, especially French, Spanish, or Italian<br /> • Other skills valuable in a startup, such as marketing, SEO, or video editing </p> <p>Salary:<br /> Negotiable</p>
