Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment cycle for various technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services recruitment, possess excellent execution capabilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role requires a proactive approach and a high degree of ownership to attract top talent.

The role will involve heavy and efficient use of AI to derive high quality, speed and high effectiveness & success in the Talent Acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment tools and channels, including Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, job postings, cold calling, headhunting, and mailers.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening, potentially utilizing AI tools, and coordinate seamlessly for L1, L2, HR and client interviews.
  • Collaborate closely with interview panels and hiring managers, providing regular follow-ups until successful candidate onboarding.
  • Specialize in hiring for cutting-edge technologies such as ADMS (Java/Python/Testing), DevOps / SRE, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Embedded, IoT, Product Development, Embedded Electronics, IoT and other Digital Technologies.
  • Maintain a high level of proactivity and ownership throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Work flexibly and efficiently to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
  • Own the complete end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment with good experience in handling (Digital and Engineering Technologies – as summarised above)
  • Mandatory: Experience working with an IT Services company, ideally a mid-sized Indian IT company serving USA / European Clients or an IT Recruitment Company addressing such positions.
  • Very good hands-on experience with recruitment tools and channels (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, job postings, cold calling, headhunting, mailers) and further good experience / willingness to use latest AI tools and approach
  • Strong understanding of talent availability and market trends in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively attract and engage candidates.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability to manage diverse and multiple requirements.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
