Position at a Glance: Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote (New York, USA) Compensation: $25/hour Company: Newegg Position: Senior Project Manager Job Summary: As a Senior Project Manager at Newegg, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You will utilize your expertise and experience to develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed project plans to track and monitor progress Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless project execution Ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and budget Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate processes and documentation Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RFI logs, meeting minutes, and project schedules Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify project expectations Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Implement and adhere to security best practices, policies, and procedures Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing or construction industry (similar trade experience may be considered) 3+ years of experience in managing and ensuring safety on work sites Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors OSHA 30 certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S Knowledge of construction and manufacturing operations Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies: Key Skills: Project management and coordination Communication and stakeholder management Problem-solving and analytical skills Leadership and team management Time management and organization Budgeting and cost control Risk management and mitigation Physical Requirements: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be required to: Climb, balance, stoop, bend, squat, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, pick, carry, handle, feel, and perform repetitive movements Apply up to 50 pounds of force sporadically, as well as up to 30 pounds of force frequently, or potentially as much as 10 pounds of force continually to move objects Perform visual tasks that require attention to detail, such as working with machines or performing skilled trades Work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, noise, vibration, hazards, and air conditions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Newegg, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
