Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead HR AI Enablement Engagement Consultant to drive & support enterprise initiatives and strategic outcomes across complex, cross‑functional environments. This role partners closely with senior leaders to enable innovation, enhance decision‑making, and deliver high‑impact business solutions. For additional information on this line of business, please refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large‑scale solutions Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross-organizational Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision‑making and support implementation of recommendations and plans Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership Provide direction to a cross‑functional team using business expertise

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large‑scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross-organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision‑making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross‑functional team using business expertise

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of AI enablement or AI adoption experience (enterprise AI programs, GenAI productivity tools, AI change management, AI communications, or enablement initiatives)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading enterprise or divisional strategic planning efforts, large‑scale transformation programs, or business execution initiatives within complex, regulated organizations
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering executive‑level presentations and strategic narratives for senior leaders
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives or working closely with HR product, transformation, or enterprise HR teams
  • Experience owning or scaling an internal enablement hub or intranet site (SharePoint preferred), including content governance and analytics
  • Experience establishing operating models, governance forums, and cross-functional cadences
  • Strong analytical rigor and structured problem‑solving approach, with experience translating ambiguous problems into executable plans
  • Experience defining adoption and value metrics for enablement programs
  • Familiarity with working in regulated or risk‑managed environments
  • Ability to support time‑sensitive executive and enterprise deliverables
  • Ability to facilitate large meetings and confidently present to senior leaders
