Cotiviti is seeking a Senior HubSpot Campaign Manager to execute, manage, and optimize B2B demand generation campaigns with a focus on HubSpot. The role involves building and refining campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring operational excellence in marketing automation. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end execution of B2B demand generation campaigns within HubSpot, including email, nurture, lifecycle, and account-based programs • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, workflows, and CRM integrations • Create and maintain scalable workflows, nurture streams, lead routing, scoring, and automated programs that support marketing and sales alignment • Serve as a HubSpot campaign architect, ensuring campaigns are built to scale and adhere to best practices • Partner with Product Marketing to translate campaign strategy into technically sound, executable programs • Ensure clean, consistent campaign setup standards across the organization • Design and manage automation that improves lead flow, lifecycle management, and campaign performance • Continuously optimize segmentation, targeting, and personalization within HubSpot • Troubleshoot campaign issues, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve time-to-launch • Maintain documentation and best practices for campaign operations and automation • Serve as a key operational partner for webinars and virtual events, supporting campaigns powered by ON24 • Build and manage webinar-related campaign assets in HubSpot including registration pages, confirmation emails, reminders, and post-event nurture • Act as a backup operator for ON24-supported webinars, stepping in as needed to support live execution and issue resolution • Partner closely with Events and Product Marketing teams to ensure webinars are operationally sound and aligned to pipeline goals • Monitor campaign health and performance inside HubSpot, adjusting workflows, targeting, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion • Track key campaign metrics including delivery, engagement, and conversion • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Ops, Performance Analytics, BDRs, and Sales to ensure campaign data integrity • Use insights to recommend improvements that drive revenue impact, with a focus on execution and optimization over pure reporting • Act as a trusted partner to Product Marketing, Performance Analytics, BDRs, Sales, and Revenue Operations • Ensure campaigns are aligned to GTM motions, account strategies, and revenue priorities • Support enablement and training to ensure HubSpot is leveraged effectively across teams • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's a plus) • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, Campaign Operations, or Demand Generation Operations • Advanced, hands-on experience (at least 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience) building and executing campaigns in HubSpot (beyond basic administration or implementation) • Proven ability to design and manage workflows & automation, nurture programs, campaigns and lifecycle stages, lead routing and scoring models • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS demand generation and revenue funnel operations • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience partnering with Marketing and GTM teams to operationalize strategy • Comfortable supporting webinar and virtual event execution, including serving as a backup for ON24-powered events as needed • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS • Experience supporting ABM and account-based campaign execution • Familiarity with ON24 or similar webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, etc.) • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Automation, Reporting) • Experience working with Demandbase or other ABM platforms Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Disability • Life insurance coverage • 401(k) savings plans • Paid family leave • 9 paid holidays per year • 17-27 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, depending on specific level and length of service with Cotiviti.
