We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support both internal teams and external clients across a range of marketing and sales operations initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who already have hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and are eager to expand their expertise in CRM strategy, lead management, automation, and reporting.

This is a remote, full-time contract opportunity and is open to candidates in Colombia.

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Manage inbound lead distribution and qualification processes within HubSpot
  • Perform contact research and prospect vetting for outbound sales campaigns
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by reviewing and enriching company/contact data
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client services to streamline processes and improve data workflows
  • Support the setup and optimization of campaigns, scoring models, automations, and reports
  • Assist in implementing or improving sales and marketing operations for clients
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a marketing, sales ops, or CRM support role
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and/or Salesforce
  • Experience working with lead routing, CRM workflows, contact/company enrichment, or campaign operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks independently
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or Clearbit
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, or sales enablement processes
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams or working directly with clients

  • This is a fully remote role. Candidates must have access to a reliable internet connection and personal computer setup
