We're a dynamic plumbing company based in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeking a versatile Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Social Media Manager to join our team through Upwork. This role is pivotal in maintaining exceptional customer service standards while effectively managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all incoming communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, web chat messages, and social media inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

- Schedule and book customers for plumbing services, optimizing work schedules for maximum efficiency.

- Utilize Google products such as Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Calendly for documentation, organization, and scheduling.

- Manage our social media platforms by responding to inquiries, engaging with customers, and posting and managing content provided by the company.

- Utilize ChatGPT to assist in proofreading and replying to customers for quality responses and quick replies.

- Provide top-notch customer service, demonstrating a lively, positive, upbeat, and friendly demeanor, while also exhibiting patience and the ability to handle irate customers and deescalate problematic situations.

- Work in an appropriate environment with minimal background noise, ensuring clear communication and focus on tasks at hand.

- Possess good communication skills and be equipped with proper phone and computer equipment to fulfill duties effectively.

Requirements:
