We are seeking Marketing Executive in an Engineering company who is basically into solar, CCTV and the likes to lead our sales and marketing efforts, driving growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility for our microfinance bank.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the bank's goals for customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline) to promote the bank's products and services, enhance brand recognition, and attract new clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals, providing performance feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, assess customer needs, and adapt marketing strategies to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through targeted marketing efforts and personalized service.
  • Product Promotion: Develop strategies to promote the bank's range of products, including loans, savings accounts, and other financial services, tailored to the needs of our target market.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance data, setting benchmarks and KPIs, and taking corrective action as needed to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the development of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing, to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as business associations, community organizations, and other financial institutions, to enhance brand visibility and increase outreach.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales forecasts, marketing campaign performance, customer feedback, and overall market trends, with recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing ROI on campaigns and activities.
  • Innovation and Growth: Continuously explore new marketing channels and sales techniques to expand the bank's reach, enhance brand loyalty, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Awareness: Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, particularly concerning customer data privacy and financial promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, ideally within the financial services or microfinance sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, market analysis, and sales funnel management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure target achievement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.
