Logistics company seeking qualified individuals to join our team. This is a full-time position, Logistics coordinator/customer service position within the freight transportation industry. This person will be responsible for answering the phones, helping track and trace shipments, speak to vendors and customers alike. Enter shipments into our shipping system and emailing. Along with this, will be quoting customers and getting costs from vendors. We are a small office, with a very comfortable environment, within a large company network. Position is remote, work from home, so honest hard working candidate is a MST. We offer great benefits i.e. 401 k retirement, vacation time, health benefits. Salary commensurate with experience. Start date Jan 5th, 2026. Remote training

Job Qualifications:
Candidates must be organized, detailed oriented, great follow-up skills and a quick learner. Candidate with knowledge of domestic and/or international freight experience is a MUST. Must be proficient on the computer, Microsoft Outlook and Office. Must be capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing. Able to work in high level stress & demanding environment. Looking for a highly organized, self-sufficient individual who is detailed, self-thinker, dependable and who loves challenges. Only experienced person apply. Freight & logistics experience is a PLUS. Position is remote, work from home so candidate must be trustworthy, hard working & self sufficient and able to work independently to be a part of our team.
