Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Currently P&C Licensed
  • At least 2 years Farmers Insurance Experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - preferred but not required
  • West Coast (Pacific Time) Preferred but will consider exceptional candidates outside of our time zone.
  • If not currently Life Licensed, willing to get Life & Health licensed shortly after getting hired.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with policy servicing needs, including billing questions, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Conduct Onboarding appointments with new customers. Welcome to the Agency family, ensure all contingency documents are signed and answer any questions regarding coverages.
  • Actively work and stay current on Alerts with Servicing Team.
  • Support clients during the claims process, ensuring accurate information is collected and follow-up is completed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system to ensure compliance and organization.
  • Conduct proactive renewal reviews with clients to maintain high retention and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
